Refund policy

At PrettyGreenPeas, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Returns You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. Your receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at prettygreenpeas@gmail.com. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned: perishable goods, personalized or custom orders, personal care and beauty products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges To exchange an item, return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at pennstatepretty@gmail.com.

EU Customers If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition with proof of purchase.
